TD SYNNEX is seeking a Partner Operations Manager Level III in Bogotá to facilitate vendor relationships and support vendor programs. You will quote, register deals, price products, and identify up-selling opportunities for the sales teams.

The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and the ability to work across teams under tight deadlines in a professional office environment. Prior vendor program knowledge is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in partner operations, vendor programs, quoting, and deal support.
• Proficient in English at an intermediate level.
• Ability to follow pricing guidelines and create accurate quotes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for vendor programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Support sales teams with quotes, deal registrations, and upsell opportunities.
• Stay updated on vendor programs and pricing structures to assist sales and end-users.
• Provide accurate quotes considering program terms and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Assist with renewal contracts and collaboration on revenue strategies.
• Assist in training materials to optimize product adoption.
