Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Value Creation Specialist to work directly with the Partners, managing day-to-day priorities and guiding high-value decisions while leading internal initiatives and client engagements. You will organize a Partner's week, prepare client-facing summaries, and rapidly context-switch when priorities shift.

Strong English communication and experience in professional services are essential.

• 2+ years in professional services or consulting.

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with project management tools and CRM.

Mansioni

• Track open action items, follow-ups, and commitments across meetings and communications to ensure nothing is missed or delayed.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements.
• Handle correspondence where delegated, maintaining appropriate tone and standards in all communications.
• Manage calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and proactive identification of conflicts or bottlenecks before they affect operations.
• Attend internal meetings as a representative, exercise pre-authorized judgment where required, and deliver clear summaries with recommended next steps.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams within firm-wide initiatives, advancing progress between check-ins rather than solely monitoring status.
• Attend client meetings when required, capturing key information and managing follow-through professionally.
• Contribute to client-facing deliverables including research summaries, meeting recaps, and project updates.
• Ensure that client commitments are tracked and fulfilled on time, upholding the firm's standards in all external communications.
