You will organize a Partner's week and prepare client-facing summaries, exercising sound judgment and acting independently when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership in a demanding, multi-priority environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient across project management platforms, CRM systems, and standard productivity tools, with the ability to adopt new systems quickly.
• Proactive and self-directed, with a consistent record of identifying what needs to be done and following through without repeated instruction.
• Adaptable to a dynamic scope of responsibilities that will shift in line with firm priorities and growth.

Responsibilities

• Track open action items, follow-ups, and commitments across meetings and communications to ensure nothing is missed or delayed.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements.
• Handle correspondence where delegated, maintaining appropriate tone and standards in all communications.
• Manage calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and proactive identification of conflicts or bottlenecks before they affect operations.
• Attend internal meetings as a representative, exercise pre-authorized judgment where required, and deliver clear summaries with recommended next steps.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams within firm-wide initiatives, advancing progress between check-ins rather than solely monitoring status.
• Attend client meetings when required, capturing key information and managing follow-through professionally.
• Contribute to client-facing deliverables including research summaries, meeting recaps, and project updates.
• Ensure that client commitments are tracked and fulfilled on time, upholding the firm's standards in all external communications.
