Plutus21 is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to architect and build the foundational technology platform behind how Plutus21 develops and deploys technology across our organization and the businesses we work with.

This hands‑on leadership role will guide Platform Architecture & Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineers, while remaining involved in architecture, coding, and production delivery as the team scales.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background with modern frontend and backend tech.
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, or enterprise data models.
• Experience leading architecture of complex platforms and guiding engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and development of the core technology platform.
• Build a unified data layer connecting databases, APIs, and real‑time data sources.
• Develop ontology and semantic layer modeling business objects and permissions.
• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering reusable platform capabilities.
• Design APIs and integration frameworks for connecting apps and third‑party systems.
• Establish scalable cloud architecture, deployment standards, observability, and reliability.
