Cloud Accountant Staffing - Careers is seeking a U.S. Accountant to support fast-growing U.S. companies and CPA firms from Colombia. This full-time IC role has exclusivity and requires ownership of the close, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations, delivering reporting with plain-English insights.

You’ll build SOPs, templates, and playbooks, automate routine tasks, and communicate with clients in clear English. The ideal candidate has U.S. accounting experience and strong process discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and clean documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own close process and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow with variance insights.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Join client calls and translate financials into plain English, flag risks.
