Job summary

Touch Support is a multinational Business Process Optimization company based in the United States. We are expanding our Accounting team and offering a fully remote role to candidates across Colombia.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience are required. You will handle daily to year-end accounting tasks, payroll processing, financial statements, reconciliations, AP/AR, and vendor communications, with mentorship from a US-based

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations.
• Process payroll fortnightly and assist with month-end payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and review general ledger.
• Handle invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and expenses.
• Verify balances and manage day-to-day transactions and vendor communications.
