Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an experienced Contador Público to own Colombian accounting and tax filings while supporting accounting for US entities. You will collaborate with the Junior Accountant on AP and ensure intercompany alignment across multiple books, including NIIF compliance, ICA, and exógena reporting.

The role blends hands‑on US entity accounting with Colombian statutory work in a small team, offering ownership of the compliance calendar and opportunities to impact processes and cross‑border

Qualifications

• Active Colombian CPA license (Tarjeta Profesional) required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience after the tarjeta.
• Multi‑entity experience with intercompany coordination.
• Hands‑on AR ownership including collections and close.
• Experience with Siigo, World Office, Helisa, QuickBooks, Bill.com.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with reconciliations.
• Experience in Colombian subsidiary of a multinational.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own Colombian statutory accounting and tax compliance (NIIF).
• Manage US entity accounting including AR, invoicing, close, and intercompany.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and revisor fiscal.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end close entries and reconciliations.
• Support AR cycle: invoicing, cash application, collections, aging.
• Collaborate with Junior Accountant on AP and cross‑training.
• Maintain audit‑ready records and ad‑hoc analyses in English.
• Assist with process improvements and cross‑border filings.
