AgileEngine is seeking a TypeScript-focused engineer to own technical delivery of product features. You may help build a new React/Electron UI in the early months and run short research spikes to propose viable options.

Use AI tools like Claude Code with caution to accelerate work while validating outcomes. Communicate status via Slack and participate in cross-team collaboration across front-end, CI/CD, and C++ areas.

Formación

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience.
• A product-engineering mindset: progress from incomplete requirements, investigate unknowns, compare options, and seek alignment.
• Critical thinking, clear technical communication, and the ability to ask useful follow-up questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects and potential vulnerabilities, explain trade-offs, and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and agreed scrum meetings, with dependable asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development, moving from high-level goals to implemented features.
• Potentially contribute to a new React/Electron application UI during the initial months.
• Run short research spikes and present options, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation while validating behavior; do not treat AI as a verified conclusion.
• Communicate progress and blockers through Slack and publish a working schedule.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, front-end, or C++ package work as needed.
