AgileEngine is seeking a hands-on TypeScript engineer to own technical delivery of a product, with potential UI work in a React/Electron app during initial months. You will run short spikes, assess options, and present findings to leadership and team.

You will use Claude Code to accelerate work while validating results and maintain effective Slack communication. The role requires strong debugging and code-review skills, a product-minded approach, and availability for European team overlap with

Formación

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• A product-engineering mindset: progress from incomplete requirements and align on decisions.
• Clear technical communication and ability to ask useful follow-up questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects, explain trade-offs, and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and agreed scrum meetings, with dependable asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implemented features.
• Potentially contribute to a new React/Electron UI during initial months.
• Run short research spikes (1–3 days) and present options, findings, risks and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation with validation of behavior.
• Communicate progress and blockers via Slack; publish a working schedule and be reachable.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, frontend, or C++ package work as needed.
