AgileEngine is seeking a hands-on TypeScript engineer to own technical delivery, potentially contributing to a React/Electron UI early on. You will run quick research spikes and present options, risks, and recommendations to the team lead, while using Claude Code to accelerate work and verify AI-generated results.

Effective communication in Slack and reliable visibility within the team schedule are essential, with opportunities to contribute to CI/CD, frontend, or C++ packages as needed.

Formación

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• A product-engineering mindset: progress from incomplete requirements and seek alignment on decisions.
• Critical thinking, clear technical communication, asking useful follow-up questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects and vulnerabilities, explain trade-offs, verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and agreed scrum meetings with dependable asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development, moving from high-level goals to researched implementation options and working features.
• Potentially contribute to a new React/Electron application UI during the initial months.
• Run short research spikes (1-3 days) and present options, findings, risks, and recommendations to the lead architect and team.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation while checking generated code and validating behavior; do not treat AI as a verified conclusion.
• Communicate progress and blockers through Slack; publish a working schedule and be reliably reachable within it.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, front-end, or C++ package work when needed, using research, AI assistance, and collaboration.
