AgileEngine is seeking a hands-on TypeScript engineer to own the technical delivery of a product, with potential work on a React/Electron UI. You will run short spikes, review AI-generated outputs, and communicate progress through Slack while coordinating with a European team.

Formación

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Product-engineering mindset: progress with incomplete requirements and align on decisions.
• Clear technical communication and ability to ask useful follow-up questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects, explain trade-offs, and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and dependable asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implementation options.
• Possibly contribute to a new React/Electron UI in initial months.
• Run short research spikes (1–3 days) and present options, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to speed up implementation while validating behavior.
• Communicate progress and blockers via Slack and publish a working schedule.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, frontend, or C++ package work as needed.
