AgileEngine is seeking a technically hands-on engineer to own the product delivery from goals to concrete implementation options. You will drive the technical development with a product-engineering mindset, collaborating across teams and reliably communicating progress.

You may contribute to a new React/Electron desktop UI in the initial months, run focused Spike research, and validate AI-assisted implementations while aligning with a European team. Flexibility with remote work is offered.

Formación

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to own technical delivery independently within a product-engineering context.
• Demonstrated product-engineering mindset: progress with incomplete requirements and align on decisions.
• Clear technical communication and the ability to ask useful follow-up questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, explain trade-offs, and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and reliable asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implementation options.
• Potentially contribute to a new React/Electron desktop UI during initial months.
• Run short research spikes (1–3 days) and present options, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation, while validating behavior.
• Communicate progress and blockers via Slack; publish a working schedule and share planned absences.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, front-end, or C++ package work as needed.
