AgileEngine is seeking a senior product/engineering professional to own the technical development of our software, potentially contributing to a new React/Electron UI in the initial months. The role requires strong TypeScript engineering skills (3+ years) and the ability to independently drive delivery, while collaborating with a European team and leveraging AI tools with careful validation.

• Strong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills with 3+ years of experience.
• Own technical delivery independently and make progress with incomplete requirements.
• Clear technical communication and ability to ask useful questions.
• Ability to review unfamiliar code, identify defects, and verify AI-assisted implementations.
• Availability for European team overlap and asynchronous communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product's technical development from goals to implemented features.
• Possibly contribute to a new React/Electron UI in initial months.
• Run short spikes (1–3 days) and present options, risks, and recommendations.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate implementation with validation and caution on AI outputs.
• Communicate progress and blockers via Slack and publish a working schedule.
• Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, frontend, or C++ package work as needed.
