Kaseya Limited in Medellín is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our in-office LATAM/NAM pre-sales team. You will design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, guiding prospects through the IT Complete stack and aligning solutions with customer needs.

The role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, plus proven pre-sales experience. Travel to LATAM/NAM events and customer meetings is possible as needed.

Formación

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
• Proven experience in Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate high-impact technical demonstrations of the Kaseya platform.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to address customer pain points with tailored solutions.
• Lead the full pre-sales lifecycle from discovery to POC coordination and validation.
• Address technical objections and respond to architecture questions during the sales process.
• Validate solutions with customers and support RFI/RFP responses with technical detail.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and product expertise across the portfolio.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field input.
