Convergys seeks a Specialist, Technical Sales - Trilingual for the Bogotá area to generate new business and grow existing accounts. You will assess customer needs, provide technical solutions, and deliver engaging presentations to support aggressive sales goals.

This role requires Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Mexican Spanish proficiency, with the ability to train customers and coordinate with sales teams.

Formación

• Experience in technical sales or complex solution selling.
• Ability to deliver technical proposals and presentations to customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and sales teams.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies that address demands.
• Advise customers on technical aspects of products while aligning with their goals.

• Build relationships with decision-makers at various levels to strengthen engagement.
