Job summary

Qualifications

• Finance degree required or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant work experience in AR or finance
• Experience in accounts receivable preferred
• Fluent English with ability to read, write and speak English
• Spanish and Portuguese beneficial

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect past due invoices in a global GBS environment.
• Contact customers daily via phone or email to collect payments.
• Collaborate with offshore BPO team for collections and cash applications.
• Research and resolve customer queries, disputes and short payments.
• Escalate credit risks to management and maintain documentation in systems.
