Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work at pace in a high-growth environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• A willingness to continuously develop your expertise through both specialisation and broad exposure.
• Great stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• The ability to break down complex problems and implement practical solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the launch of new products and features in Colombia.
• Managing key operational processes across the local Treasury function.
• Overseeing daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios.
• Monitoring liquidity and risk positions to ensure alignment with risk appetite.
• Managing day-to-day Treasury operations, using technology and data-driven processes.
• Improving processes, reporting, and procedures to optimise operations.
• Supporting the development of scalable processes as the business grows.
• Collaborating with Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams on treasury-related initiatives.
