Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Treasury Manager for Colombia to safeguard liquidity, manage funding and ensure regulatory compliance as the company grows. • 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work at pace in a high-growth environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• A willingness to continuously develop your expertise through both specialisation and broad exposure.
• Great stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• The ability to break down complex problems and implement practical solutions quickly.

About the role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.

We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Manager to play a key role in safeguarding and strengthening our financial stability. You’ll manage liquidity and funding to meet our obligations to customers, while ensuring the business operates within its risk appetite and applicable regulatory requirements.
