With 5+ years in treasury within a Colombian bank and 3+ years trading FX, you’ll shape cash flows, monitor daily movements, and implement streamlined processes using the latest fintech tools.

• 5+ years of treasury experience in a Colombian bank.
• 3+ years of experience trading/hedging in the FX market.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills for rapid growth.
• Willingness to learn new skills and broaden exposure.
• Ability to break down problems and implement solutions promptly.

About the role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.

We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Manager to play a key role in safeguarding and strengthening our bank’s financial stability. You’ll manage liquidity and funding to meet our obligations to customers, while ensuring the business operates within its risk appetite and applicable regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the launch of new features in Colombia
• Executing key operational processes for the efficient running of our Colombian Bank's Treasury function
• Monitoring daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios
• Overseeing risk positions to ensure compliance with risk appetite
• Developing a deep understanding of day-to-day operational processes using the latest technology in fintech and banking
• Enhancing processes, reporting, and procedures to optimise treasury operations

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank
• 3+ years of experience trading/hedging in the FX Market
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills to work at speed with our hyper-growth mindset
• A willingness to learn new skills via specialisation and breadth of exposure
• The ability to break down a problem and implement solutions promptly

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple treasury disciplines
• CFA Chartholder or Certified FRM
• Modelling skills with SQL or Python
