Revolut Ltd in Colombia is seeking a Treasury Manager to safeguard liquidity, manage funding, and ensure regulatory compliance as the business scales across regions. You will work across Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations to optimize treasury operations and drive data-driven decisions.

The role offers flexibility to work from home, in the office, or abroad, with a focus on building scalable processes and strong stakeholder collaboration. Experience in Colombian banking is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work at pace in a high-growth environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• A willingness to continuously develop your expertise through both specialisation and broad exposure.
• Great stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• The ability to break down complex problems and implement practical solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the launch of new products and features in Colombia
• Managing key operational processes across the local Treasury function
• Overseeing daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios
• Monitoring liquidity and risk positions to ensure alignment with risk appetite
• Managing day-to-day Treasury operations, using technology and data-driven processes
• Improving processes, reporting, and procedures to optimise operations
• Supporting the development of scalable processes as the business grows
• Collaborating with Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams on treasury-related initiatives
