Revolut is seeking a Retail Credit Risk Manager to grow our retail credit portfolio safely and profitably. You will shape risk-adjusted return requirements, oversee the full credit lifecycle, and lead actions across acquisition, portfolio management and collections.

Strong governance and collaboration with Risk Modelling are essential. The role requires 7+ years of retail credit risk experience, expertise in regulations across Colombia and Europe, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail credit risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk governance and the 3 lines of defence model.
• Experience with Colombian and European credit risk regulations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for risk data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail credit risk across the full lifecycle from acquisition to collections.
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and BCIs.
• Partner with Risk Modelling to develop and monitor risk models.
• Manage risk appetite via limit calibration, monitoring, and escalation.
• Review first-line policies to ensure alignment with the framework.
• Assess credit risk for new products before launch.
• Monitor expected credit losses and impact on profitability.
• Oversee collections performance and processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and regulators on material risks.
• Identify emerging risks and drive mitigation actions.
