Capgemini Engineering is seeking a technically skilled Network Operations professional in Bogotá to support telecom infrastructure. You will monitor networks, manage incidents end-to-end, and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure service continuity in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on monitoring, incident lifecycle management, and collaboration with L2/L3 teams while driving improvements and adherence to operational standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in network operations, NOC or telecom maintenance with hands-on monitoring.
• Solid understanding of transport network platforms and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience managing incident tickets and escalation with L2/L3 teams.
• Attention to detail; maintain accurate operational records and KPI alignment.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor networks and services; classify alarms and assess impact on customers.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and manage the full incident lifecycle.
• Support maintenance windows and changes; ensure governance and security compliance.
• Provide timely communication to customers and stakeholders; maintain shift logs.
• Identify recurring issues and support automation and improvement initiatives.
