Capgemini Engineering in Colombia is seeking a technically skilled engineer for 24/7 network operations. You will monitor telecom networks, perform first-level troubleshooting, and manage the full incident lifecycle from initial diagnosis through to resolution and service restoration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in network operations or NOC, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with L2/L3 teams and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and rapid incident response.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in network operations, NOC, or telecommunications maintenance.
• Able to diagnose faults, manage incident tickets, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident lifecycle processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor network and service platforms continuously, detect and classify alarms, and assess impact.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and manage full incident lifecycle from diagnosis to restoration.
• Support scheduled maintenance, changes, and post-change health checks with governance.
• Communicate incidents and restorations to customers and stakeholders with accurate shift logs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring incidents and documentation.
