Unisys is seeking an experienced Transition Management leader in Bogotá to guide complex engagements from planning to handoff. You will oversee teams, shape goals, timelines and funding while managing budgets and client expectations.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS degree, and strong leadership capabilities with fluency in English and at least one other major language (Spanish or Portuguese).

• Engages with senior stakeholders to address concerns and secure commitment and support.

What success looks like in this role:

• Manages the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff.


• Provides overall guidance across the full range of Transition Management planning and execution.


• Project manages large, complex transition engagements, working with allied teams and other peers to structure goals, time frames, funding parameters and other key deal elements.


• Oversees due diligence, ensuring all significant deal assumptions are evaluated in terms of accuracy, relevance and validity – ensures ongoing risk identification and mitigation planning.


• Proactively engages with key stakeholders, including senior level internal and external leaders, to understand and address concerns and ensure ongoing commitment and support.


• Assumes ownership of transition budget outcomes, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure project account structures are in place (including structures governing client billing).


• Manages all aspects of the project plan, including processes for client acknowledgement and eventual steady state handoff.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience


• English B2 , Spanish B2 or Native and Portuguese B2 or Native


• 2-4 years’ leadership experience #LI- DT1
