CBTW Americas in Bogotá is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across business lines and technical teams. You will apply agile or PMI frameworks, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.

Fluency in Spanish and English, plus 5 years of PM experience and a computer science degree, are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Degree in computer science or similar.
• PMP/SCRUM certification.
• Experience finance and software implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow-up projects in terms of planning, budget and risks.
• Understand business lines and their processes.
• Define scope and project structure; perform functional and technical analysis.
• Coordinate between project stakeholders and teams.
• Report progress and deliverables to management.

IT PROJECT MANAGER

What will you do ?

• Follow-up projects in terms of planning, budget and risks;
• Understanding of the business lines and their processes;
• Functional and technical analysis: Scope definition and project structure;
• General IS knowledge (systems, security, network, web development, cloud...);
• Follow-up and documentation of project progress and deliverables;
• Coordination between the different projects stakeholders;
• Reporting to management and teams;
• Project Management in accordance with the defined methods and framework;
• Knowledge of methodology (agility-SCRUM/ KANBAN/ PRINCE2/ PMI...);
• Supporting stakeholder in changes related to the projects;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proactivity and flexibility.

Who are you?

• Fluent in Spanish and English;
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Management;
• Hold a degree in computer science or similar
• Certification: PMP/ SCRUM
• Experience finance and software implementation
