The Opportunity
In this role, you will be at the center of our shift toward a consultative, workshop-driven sales model, one where opportunities are built not only through proposals, but through structured process discovery, AS-IS process mapping, and evidence-based diagnostics conducted directly with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is equally confident leading executive presentations and negotiations as they are facilitating interviews, process mapping workshops, and operational assessments that surface real client pain points.
Leveraging these insights, the candidate will co-create bespoke digital and operational solutions that enhance customer experience, enable innovation, and unlock new business opportunities. Success in this role requires a unique blend of consulting rigor, business development acumen, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate workshop findings and process diagnostics into compelling, value-based transformation roadmaps.
The Responsibilities
- Lead presales and client engagement efforts, including preparing tailored presentation materials, participating in client meetings, and managing key account tasks to advance business opportunities.
- Design, facilitate, and govern structured process assessment engagements — including stakeholder interviews, process discovery workshops, and, where applicable, operational shadowing — as a core consultative-selling tool ahead of solutioning.
- Map AS-IS processes and customer journeys end-to-end, documenting workflows, handoffs, decision points, and sources of variability or inefficiency to build an evidence-based diagnostic.
- Translate diagnostic findings into prioritized improvement opportunities (impact vs. implementation complexity) and actionable TO-BE recommendations and high-level roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end business and solution development, including research, analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of proposed transformation initiatives.
- Translate client objectives into digital strategies, developing actionable transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Leverage disruptive technologies such as AI, RPA, and advanced analytics to design innovative, value-driven solutions.
- Guide operational digitization and process transformation to improve efficiency, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Employ data analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and support data-informed decision‑making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., customer service, product, technical, marketing) to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Foster innovation at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, delivering value and actionable insights to clients.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and structured diagnostic methodologies to identify process improvement opportunities and redesign business workflows.
- Estimate costs and benefits of proposed solutions, developing business cases that include ROI and payback periods.
- Identify and mitigate business, operational, and technology risks, ensuring smooth implementation of transformation efforts.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., management, engineering).
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
- Master's degree in a transformation-related field (Preferred).
- Strong management consulting background, with direct, hands‑on experience designing and running process assessments, discovery workshops, and diagnostic engagements with client stakeholders.
- Experience in business development, client engagement, and delivering value-driven solutions within a consultative selling model.
- 8–12 years of experience in at least two or three of the following areas: Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, Lean Six Sigma, Applied AI & LLMs, and Advanced Analytics.
- Hands‑on experience using AI and LLMs as working tolos, for research, rapid prototyping, and producing client‑ready artifacts (analyses, diagnostics, proposals, presentations), with the judgment to critically supervise and validate AI‑generated output rather than rely on it uncritically.
- Proven track record in driving process optimization and implementing innovative solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer experience design and execution.
- Exposure to international assignments and/or multi-geo client engagements.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have hands‑on experience with Business Process Modeling, Customer Journey Mapping, and process mapping notations (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams), with a broad understanding of Digital.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops, translating qualitative input into structured process documentation and validated findings.
- Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong ability to understand business requirements and identify impactful opportunities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to engage and lead discussions at all levels, including C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and reporting skills to translate conversations, interviews, and observed procedures into documented, evidence‑based process diagnostics.
- Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances.
- Service‑oriented with a strong stakeholder focus.
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Consulting mindset — rigorous, structured, and evidence‑based approach to problem solving.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviewing skills.
- Innovation‑driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
