Unisys is seeking an experienced Transition Management leader in Bogotá to guide complex engagements from planning to handoff. You will oversee teams, shape goals, timelines and funding while managing budgets and client expectations.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS degree, and strong leadership capabilities with fluency in English and at least one other major language (Spanish or Portuguese).

Formación

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• English B2, Spanish B2 or Portuguese B2.
• 2-4 years’ leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff.
• Provides overall guidance across the full range of Transition Management planning and execution.
• Project manages large, complex transition engagements with allied teams to structure goals, time frames and funding.
• Oversees due diligence, evaluating deal assumptions for accuracy, relevance and validity; drives risk identification and mitigation.
• Engages with senior stakeholders to address concerns and secure commitment and support.
