Auxis is seeking a Program Manager Technical Systems Lead to guide change initiatives, translate business visions into solution design, and oversee end-to-end technology transformations for clients.

You will lead engineering teams and vendors, manage risk and budget, and collaborate with steering committees to deliver architecture-aligned solutions and standards.

Formación

• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years delivering technology transformation projects.
• Experience solving business problems using technology enablers.
• Experience designing solutions, preparing client proposals and presenting to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, IT infrastructure, AI, data analytics and cloud computing.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills; able to navigate complexity to drive business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with executives.
• Strong business acumen; align digital strategies to client objectives.
• Proven project management expertise with delivering projects on scope, budget and timeline.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

The Program Manager Technical Systems Lead leads change initiatives. Guide teams through projects and transitions, manage resistance, and foster a positive mindset toward transformation.

Possesses enterprise agility knowledge to understand the industry landscape, anticipate trends, propose innovative methodologies and envision how technology can shape the organization’s future, oversee full-cycle client processes or technology implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.

Work closely with clients to translate business visions into appropriate solution design.

Lead engineering teams and vendors to define guiding principles, standards, and best practices.

Lead development teams and vendors to ensure solution delivery in accordance with the architecture principles and standards. Support internal governing bodies including steering committees, review boards, and ad hoc or standing work groups.

Responsibilities

Manage engagements

• Planning, managing and delivery of technology projects to ensure business risks are recognized and appropriately managed before adversely affecting the project objectives.
• Planning, scoping, budgeting, development of execution methodologies and resourcing the project.
• Provide technical knowledge, direction and training to the Project Service Delivery team to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget.
• Building and promoting strong client relationships by understanding client needs and customizing solutions / services to serve their needs.
• Providing and facilitating the involvement of subject matter experts for the key components of the project during the execution of the projects.
• Presentation to project committee or board of directors (where relevant) on the project status, recommendations and action plans.
• Manage engagement risk and project budget.

Business development

• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at key clients.
• Contribute to business development and proposal development efforts.
• Contribute towards meeting the expected revenue numbers as agreed with the leadership.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on digital trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.

Team development

• Support the development of strong delivery teams, from recruitment, mentoring, on the job development and retention.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

MUST HAVES:

• Bilingual - English B2+ and above
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of quality work, project management and productive team interactions.
• 9+ years of experience of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery of technology transformation projects.
• Experience solving business problems using technology enablers.
• Experience designing solutions, preparing client proposals and performing client presentations
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital technologies, IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data analytics and cloud computing.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align digital strategies accordingly.
• Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

• A solid understanding of technological infrastructure, software development life cycles, and systems architecture
• Experience implementing M&A projects.
