Concentrix seeks a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates, ensuring readiness for production. Certification in the Trainer Certification Program is required, with mentoring of Program Ready Trainers.

The role involves using multiple delivery modalities, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and collaborating with operations to ensure smooth transitions to production and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day training classroom guidance and monitor trainee progress.
• Deliver training using varied modalities and adult learning techniques.
• Prepare and present training materials and demonstrations.
• Achieve and track individual training performance metrics.
• Support transition of agents from training to production.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Communicate with managers and clients regularly.
• Assist Instructional Design with training materials development.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback methods.
• Suggest curriculum changes based on feedback and needs analysis.
• Contribute to continuous learning and change management efforts.
