Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Training Specialist to lead day-to-day classroom direction for agents in the training program. You will monitor progress, coach for improvement, and provide readiness recommendations to ensure agents reach competency for production.

You will prepare engaging training materials, deliver hands-on demonstrations, and support various instructional methods while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in training.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach agents in a classroom training environment, monitor progress, and provide developmental feedback.
• Prepare, present, and support training materials and demonstrations.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth transition of trainees to production.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in client meetings and side-by-side observations.
• Design and support diverse instructional delivery methods including CBT, classroom, and written job aids.
