Veritas Automata, LLC is seeking a Technology Trainer to develop and manage product training for a complex clinical trial technology platform. You will ensure materials align with user workflows and the broader content ecosystem, working with product owners, Customer Engagement, and technical teams.

You will create curricula, manuals, and online modules, evaluate program effectiveness, and stay current with training trends to deliver effective customer training and support knowledge base

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field.
• 3–10+ years in health sciences, IT, or related training.
• Experience with classroom, online, and large-group training.
• Attention to detail with quality training materials.
• English proficiency at C1 level; strong communication.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP and regulatory guidance preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify and assess training needs for each software release.
• Develop technical user guides, presentations, and eLearning modules.
• Create curriculum designs, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ROI, reporting findings.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Deliver customized training programs for customers.
• Build and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.
• Translate release docs into training content with stakeholders.
