You will work in a US startup environment based in Bogotá, requiring native English, strong analytics, and collaboration across teams to optimize paid campaigns and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics.
• Experience managing six-figure budgets in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience analyzing marketing data to guide decisions.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OpenAI Ads for US audiences.
• Monitor daily performance and flag issues or opportunities quickly.
• Build and run landing page experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversions.
• Pull data from ad platforms, CRM, and analytics tools to build reports.
• Turn raw data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Plan budgets, tests, and campaign strategy with the team.
• Support messaging testing across channels to resonate with US audiences.
• Track and report CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
• Maintain clean, organized tracking of campaigns, spend, and results.
