EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Trading Application Support Engineer to back the trading desk and back-office functions with bonds and loans expertise. You will partner with traders, PMs, and operations, delivering robust support, automation, and data handling.

You will maintain a high-standard SDLC, build an internal knowledge base, and train business users while aligning with teamwork, excellence, and results-driven culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in financial tech or trading support with bonds/loans knowledge.
• Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, Python automation and data handling skills.
• Experience with Linux, GitHub, CI/CD and CI workflows; excellent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily technical assistance for trading platform and B2B integrations.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, operations, and compliance to gather requirements.
• Maintain automated tests and regression coverage in the SDLC.

We are looking for an exceptionally capable and forward-thinking Trading Application Support Engineer to become part of our team.The Trading Application Support Engineer will offer essential technical assistance to the trading desk and back-office functions with a focus on bond and loan trading. The right candidate will bring a solid grasp of financial instruments, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-moving, high-pressure setting. The ideal individual should demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the personality needed to interact effectively with traders, portfolio managers, and operations personnel. They should be a natural collaborator, working smoothly with others to understand and fulfill requirements. The support engineer should be able to see the bigger picture and take a proactive stance in enhancing the daily support function.
