EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Senior Data Software Engineer to shape data architecture and lead delivery on complex projects. You will architect ETL/ELT pipelines and guide teams, balancing hands-on development with leadership.

You will work closely with stakeholders, design scalable data services with Spring Boot, ReactJS, NoSQL, and ensure governance and quality across delivery lifecycle. Strong English required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong Python skills for data engineering tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL and Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Kafka and streaming data.
• Proficient English communication.

We are looking for a Senior Data Software Engineer to join our team. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, offering the opportunity to shape data architecture while guiding delivery across complex projects. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered consistently.
