Scotiabank is seeking a Time and Pay Consultant for Employee Services in Bogota. The role focuses on providing timely Time and Pay support, leveraging HR policies, and maintaining accurate HR case information to meet SLAs.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or related field, plus experience in service centers, strong communication, and the ability to work across countries and policies. Roles require confidentiality and adaptability in a standard office setting.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources or pursuing education in related field.
• Knowledge of HR transactions.
• Prior experience in a service center or call center environment.
• Deep understanding of Bank policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level support for Time and Pay related requests.
• Assist with Time and Attendance and Payroll issues.
• Maintain accurate information in HR case files and systems.
• Escalate defects in Time and Attendance/Payroll systems as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and local country policies.
