GlobalLogic seeks a Tier 1 specialist to join our team in Bogotá, working with a leading broadband solutions provider. You will participate in development, QA, and support of multiple generations of solutions, with rotation shifts after KT and required weekly in-office presence.

Qualifications include a Bachelor/Master in CS/EE/Telecom, strong IP networking, Linux experience, and upper-intermediate English. Travel is infrequent; Salesforce/Jira/Confluence experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• Experience with IP switching and routing protocols; TCP/IP stack is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Linux; English level at upper-intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for integration and support in assigned product areas and for troubleshooting complex system problems.
• Report and track design, reliability and maintenance issues to R&D groups.
• Assist and implement hardware and software upgrades for existing customers.
