Responsabilidades

• Receive inbound calls, emails, and work orders from tenants and coordinate with property managers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Bid and manage vendor and building contracts.
• Track and work with vendors for periodic preventative maintenance.
• Review vendors for pricing and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate scopes and pricing, ensuring alignment with property standards.
• Influence vendors to drive timely resolution while maintaining professional relationships.
• Balance urgency, cost, and service quality in operational decisions.
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventative solutions.
