• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in IT service management or a related role.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Service Management & Delivery: ensure high-quality IT services and adherence to SLAs.
• Incident, Problem & Change Management: coordinate and lead resolution and changes.
• Communication & Collaboration: be primary contact for service-related communications.
