Formación

• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies.
• Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance to clients to achieve business outcomes.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and systems issues.
• Handle escalations, report design flaws, and fix reliability problems.
• Perform IMAC and data backup/restore for accounts under SLA.
