One Sutherland is seeking an Actimise Technical Support Engineer in Bogotá for a hybrid role. You will handle client issues, review configurations, and guide users through Java, SQL, and XML-based setups.

You will install, configure and customize solutions, reproduce issues, and document interactions in CRM while collaborating with higher tiers for resolution. Proficiency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in technical support facing customers and resolving issues.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Review and investigate client issues and provide guidance based on current documentation.
• Understand client configurations and customizations in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and XML to provide support.
• Install, configure, and customize solutions following guides and manuals.
