Qualifications

• Advanced English level (verbal and written).
• Full-time availability and onsite work in Bogote1 (Torre Krystal).
• 1+ year in Technical Support or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and listening skills; empathetic with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers, drivers, admins, and internal stakeholders.
• Diagnose problems, follow defined procedures, document interactions, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
