Sutherland is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Bogotá team. You will provide exceptional technical support for IoT devices and web applications, resolve complex issues, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements include advanced English (B2+), a technology degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and common support tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Full-time availability.

Formación

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written (B2 or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Technology or equivalent experience in technical support is a MUST.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with IoT, hardware devices, and PCs.
• Experience with support tools: Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, ServiceNow.

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers for IoT devices and web applications.
• Resolve issues and drive resolutions with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Communicate complex information clearly to customers with diverse personalities.
• Collaborate with product, program, marketing and engineering teams to improve solutions.
• Act as customer voice and implement innovative support solutions.
