Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will translate operational needs into epics and user stories, and lead API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS within Manhattan WMS ecosystems.

You bring 10+ years in IT, 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL and integration skills, and a CS/IT degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• End-to-end flow testing, root-cause triage, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog & requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
