Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own the backlog, drive API/EDI integration with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing. Expertise in Manhattan Scale/Active, SQL, and Agile delivery is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and architecture.
