Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You'll partner with stakeholders to elicit needs, define epics and user stories, and ensure robust end-to-end testing and release readiness across integrations with ERP and TMS.

Qualificações

• Experience eliciting and translating operational needs into epics and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, API integration standards and SQL.
• Bachelor-level degree and relevant certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog, requirements, and translate into actionable epics for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration with ERP and TMS via REST/SOAP and databases.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing across supply chain processes.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
