Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

You will own the backlog, map REST/SOAP APIs, design end-to-end tests, and collaborate with ERP and TMS partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with WMS exposure.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification and related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
