Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, Systems Administration, or similar roles.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, API Keys, OAuth, and token-based authentication.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Operations Analyst (API & Security)

Join OGS and help power secure, reliable integrations for global teams and clients.

We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support the security, reliability, and day-to-day operations of client-facing integration platforms. You'll work closely with Operations, Security, Engineering, and client stakeholders to manage API credentials, troubleshoot integration issues, coordinate vulnerability remediation, and support platform stability.

This is not a software development role. It's ideal for someone with a background in technical support, application support, systems administration, or technical operations who enjoys solving problems and working with APIs.

What You'll Do

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Exposure to Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, or compliance-focused environments
