Senior MuleSoft Integration Specialist / API Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise integration solutions in complex environments. Strong background in API-driven architectures, long-running integration programs, and continuous improvement of integration landscapes. Known for ownership, reliability, and effective collaboration across technical and business teams.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration initiatives
• Primary focus on MuleSoft-based solutions and API-led architectures
• Participation in long-term integration programs and platform modernization efforts
• Hands-on involvement in implementation, stabilization, and ongoing support of integrations
• Experience working in complex, evolving enterprise environments with multiple systems and stakeholders
• Contributes across the full lifecycle of integration initiatives, from discovery and design to delivery and support
• Collaborates closely with business analysts, architects, and operations teams to clarify requirements and identify risks early
• Takes ownership of assigned integration components and follows them through implementation, release, and post-go-live support
• Ensures integrations remain maintainable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business needs
• Provides pragmatic support during critical releases and production incidents
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across diverse integration scenarios
• Practical application of API-led connectivity to enable loosely coupled systems
• Design, development, and consumption of RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Strong experience working with JSON and XML payloads
• Data transformation and validation using DataWeave
• Enhancement of existing integrations through refactoring, performance tuning, and improved error handling

Data, Migration & Backend Systems

• Involvement in data migration and data synchronization initiatives during system transformations
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Experience navigating complex data models and resolving cross-system data inconsistencies
• Exposure to integrations involving CRM, ERP, and operational platforms
• Regular interaction with both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to explain integration concepts clearly to mixed (technical and non-technical) audiences
• Strong documentation practices, including integration overviews, API specifications, and operational notes
• High sense of ownership for delivered solutions, especially during critical releases
• Calm, focused, and pragmatic approach to production issues and time-sensitive requests
