Omnicom Global Solutions Colombia (OGS) is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, guiding planning, coordination, and execution of software and technology initiatives.

In a fast-paced environment, you will gather requirements, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and status reporting, while supporting Agile delivery and promoting continuous improvement on AI-focused projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, Product Operations, Scrum Master, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating software, technology, or digital projects.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development processes and technical workflows.
• Exposure to Python or general coding concepts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
• A proactive, hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities
