Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a driven Technical Business Analyst to support the Gallagher Student Health Sightline initiative. You will bridge business and tech teams, drive data-rich requirements, and help enhance healthcare and insurance workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers, conduct data analysis, support migrations and integrations, and leverage AI tools to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA.
• Strong SQL, data mapping and transformation logic skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery using Jira or similar tools.
• Domain knowledge in billing, accounting, finance, or premium administration.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine business and system requirements; translate into functional specs, user stories, and data mappings.
• Support health insurance platform enhancements, migrations, billing improvements, and integrations.
• Perform advanced data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across systems and data sources.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, demos, and UAT; assist root cause investigations.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and story development.
